A practitioner who has spent over 30 years in the field of social welfare, consistently focusing on human relationships.
After studying social welfare in college, I gained practical experience at a social welfare council and a nursing home for the elderly, and subsequently completed a master’s degree program in social welfare while continuing to work.
I have worked in a variety of settings, including assisted living facilities, community comprehensive support centers, and facilities for people with disabilities.
To date, I have served as a speaker, trainer, and advisor at **over 200 locations** nationwide—including local governments, educational institutions, and medical and long-term care facilities—on topics such as unit care, dementia care, community development, and regional care conferences.
He has also addressed social issues beyond the realm of welfare, including serving as chair of the prefectural committee on measures to prevent bullying.
He currently serves as a part-time lecturer at universities and vocational schools, where he is involved in training social workers, certified care workers, and mental health and welfare workers, and is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of professionals.
Through years of hands-on experience, I have come to realize the fundamental truth that "people are healed through empathy, and relationships are transformed."
At the same time, however, I have come to keenly realize how difficult it is for people to maintain empathy toward one another at all times.
To overcome this challenge, we are currently using technology to replicate "empathy"

Greetings
We live through our connections with others.
For over 30 years, I have worked directly with many people in the fields of healthcare, nursing care, and social welfare.
What I’ve come to realize through this experience is that people are healed by empathy and regain their true strength.
At the same time, however, I have come to realize how difficult it is for people to always empathize with one another.
My motivation stems from a desire to change the reality where empathy—which is most needed on the front lines—does not reach those who need it most.
In response to this challenge, we are striving to create new value by combining technology with the human essence of "empathy."
Through our "Empathetic AI Initiative," we are driving innovation in the fields of healthcare, nursing care, and social welfare by developing AI that understands and responds to human emotions.
Furthermore, we are actively engaged in areas such as "regenerative medicine" and "incineration plant operations (promoting eco-friendly initiatives)," and we are committed to addressing the common challenges facing humanity: life and the environment.
In addition, through our "Empathy-Driven Organizational Transformation Consulting" and "Well-being Strategy Initiatives," we help organizations and individuals unlock their full potential and support sustainable, harmonious growth.
We provide practical, on-the-ground support aimed at improving workplace relationships, reducing employee turnover, and enhancing the quality of decision-making.
Furthermore, as an approach rooted in Japan’s spiritual culture, we have launched the “JAPAN Care Method” and the Hong Kong-based “JUMIKO Project,” promoting new values centered on introspection, dialogue, and harmony both domestically and internationally.
This initiative aims to redefine the "spiritual mindset" that Japan has long cherished within a global context and carry it forward into the future.
What all these initiatives have in common is the philosophy of "putting people first."
Technology, healthcare, organizations, and culture—all exist for the benefit of people.
We are reconnecting people with one another, people with society, and people with the future.
Bringing a breath of fresh air to the healthcare, nursing, and social welfare sectors.
And toward the realization of a society where people can live as human beings.
I sincerely hope that, together with all of you, we can create new value and a brighter future.
