“empathy,” “dignity,” and “peace of mind”—principles cultivated in Japan's long-term care settings.
We are bringing Japanese-style "person-centered care" to the world.

Over the course of more than 30 years working directly with people in the fields of healthcare, nursing care, and social welfare, I have come to realize that “people are healed through empathy and regain their true strength.”
At the same time, however, I have come to realize how difficult it is for people to always empathize with one another.
In the very places where empathy is needed most, that empathy isn’t reaching people sufficiently—
My desire to change that reality is what drives me.
Toward a society where people can live as human beings.
What all our businesses have in common is the philosophy of "putting people first".
Rooted in Japan’s spiritual culture, we focus on introspection, dialogue, and harmony to reconnect people with one another, with society, and with the future.

Over the course of more than 30 years working directly with many people in the fields of healthcare, nursing care, and social welfare, I came to realize the fundamental truth that “people are healed through empathy and regain their innate strength.”
At the same time, however, I have also faced the difficulty of consistently showing empathy toward others.
My motivation stems from a desire to change the reality where empathy—
which is most needed on the front lines—does not reach those who need it most.
Toward a society where people can live as human beings.
