What is the Japan Care Method
While facing numerous challenges and struggles in the field of nursing care, social welfare,
and dementia care, I have continually asked myself,
“What does it mean to support others?”
JAPAN CARE METHOD is a project dedicated to sharing with the world a care philosophy that values
“empathy,” “dignity,” and “peace of mind”—principles cultivated in Japan's long-term care settings.
In dementia care, in particular, it is not just physical functioning that matters; “understanding emotions” is also extremely important.
We are bringing Japan’s “patient-centered care” to the world.
